A Minor Slip!

On the way home from the school run David tried the Skating on Ice thing again in a vehicle! Hmmm The Mercedes decided to add in it's own individuality! Thankfully this Dyke is rather narrower and shallower than the one nearer home and neither partner was significantly damaged in the incident although both have minor scars to show.

Apparantly the car liked it down there, and having been pulled out the once decided to take itself back for another look...just as the Recovery guy had put away his chains and cranes and was preparing to just drag it back to the road and it slipped back in nose first....unfortunately this was where the damage was done and we lost a number plate and front grill...

Praise God though David got out unscathed bar a few bruises....I think he damaged himself more falling over on the ice walking home!
