Not to allow a little snow to Stop building work...the men battled through with the plasterboard.

Looks very pretty doesnt it?

It seems the Hot Tub is well insulated though!

Rosie still recovering from her bout of whatever was enjoying a cuddle with her carer!

Dust! I hate seeing dust! I didnt ever think I would become so mad at DUST!

It took an hour to achieve that! The coffee table has been gradually piling higher and higher with papers and junk! I just had to clear it and see the wood shine! I was SOOO pleased with myself!

Eve was desperately trying to look impressed. This was quite an improvement in her well being, she was sat up still breathing and with a smile!

Tried to catch another smile but can you see what is missing from this photo????

There are no stairs protruding into the centre of the lounge! The new stairs go neatly up the back wall! anmd just curve gently out into the room at the bottom!

You can almost see how pale Eve is from this photo...she was almost tranluscent at the begining of the week. can you spot the shiny coffee table in the background! OK so there is a long way to go till clean and tidy but it is a step in the right direction!
And the first thing Jonathan said when he walked in was "WOW THATS CLEAN!"
His first mission on coming home each night is to check for progress!

Sorry for the camera shake I was tired! Daddy had put up a cupboard.

Fixed the sink taps and waste.

Put up towel rails.

Still home to the rabbits though.

A room with a view....to the new room upstairs. We cannot fix this bit until the plasterboard for the partition wall upstairs is up throughthe gap. It is far easier to take it that way than manahndle it upstiars and through bedrooms and corridors. Hopefully that is almost ready though!

Jonathan has been very good at sharing with the girls but as you can see it is a bit of a squash!

Rosie comes home and needs to have food immediately available!

She was however VERY impressed with the new addition on Tuesday night!

I think we can say the lift met with her approval!

Still some cognition there she knew which one was green for up!
So there you have progress so far!
Hopefully we are moving towards the grand opening of Jonathan's bedroom. The wet room is in use...toilet shower and wash basin means Jonathan now has no need to go upstairs! He is pleased about that!
Take care all!
Much love!

Tina that's amazing progress, well done! The end is very definitely in sight. And I am deeply impressed with the shiny cleanness of the coffee table too - it may only be a small part of the room but it's a small part back under control!
The stairs look great and love the pics of R in the lift!

Thing is with building work, if it's a 40 day job, for 39 days the house will look a total tip and a building site, then miraculously on the 40th day it looks like a house again.

Praise the Lord. He has told us that everything works together for good to them that love the Lord, called according to His purposes.
We know what it is to wait, not knowing what the end will be, but it is to the praise of His glorious Name.
Keep looking up, He holds the future!!!!!
Fantastic! So glad things are coming together now. Carla xxx
Wow!!! I no longer recognise any parts of your house!! It's totally transformed! You've all worked so hard, and through such awful weather too!!
